Your personal data is collected digitally through the "Application / Request Form" and "Register" forms on our website. The legal bases for processing are the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law, including:

• "Processing personal data of the parties to a contract where it is directly related to the establishment or performance of that contract,"
• "Processing being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill a legal obligation,"
• "Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed."

4. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law.
